For this special version of Aardbei/kriek, we blended a strawberry lambiek and a Schaarbeekse kriekenlambiek. The strawberries were sourced with an organic farmer. The cherries were picked with some ten local families. Maceration took over 11 months on average, and most of the lambikken we used were over four years old. The weighted average age on the moment of bottling is over 34 months and the final fruit intensity is 472 grams of strawberries and sour cherries per litre. 100% 3 Fonteinen.
