This Beau et Joli is a collaboration with Marc from Chateau de Durette. Located in the Beaujolais region, we chose the Regnie terroir for its expressive character that subtly echoes our kriek. Harvested in 2023, aged in cuve, and bottled in the spring of 2025.
The finest of Beaujolais and the Zenne Valley, tamed with a cork. A surprising bottle with aromas of candied strawberry and cherry, bright acidity, and a lively pop. An unexplored path between wine and lambic.
