Creak 2024 is a blend of barrels from 2023 and 2024, fermented with our house culture before ageing for 9 months on Carbonically Macerated British Morello cherries.
As our house culture matures and we fine tune our processes. We're tasting much more depth and complexity, moving us closer to the Kriek lambic character that inspires this beer. Intensely fruity with layered funk, there's bright acidity with woody vanilla and marzipan that bolster the tannic, almost wine-like structure. There's a satisfying fullness before an oaky, toasted almond finish.
