This is one of six releases of barrel aged Imperial Stout. One brew, split into six different casks and left to develop and absorb the character and flavour embedded in the wood. This one has been resting in a 3 year Hot Sauce cask! There's a touch of warmth from the hot sauce but it's much more fruit forward with apricot, mango and lime from the habanero chillies. Layered, complex and intense. This will develop over time but is excellent to drink right now
