A juicy zesty New Zealand inspired sour IPA made with friends from Unbarred Brewery in Brighton. Added Phantasm powder to the boil, derived from Marlborough sauvignon blanc grapes, that boosts aromatics in the hops. Then fermented with white grapes & nelson sauvin hops for maximum zing and zest.
