Enter King of May, a monumental 10% Triple IPA that serves as the grand finale to our Beat Gen series.\u003cbr\u003eTo honour the King, we loaded an incredibly soft, luscious grain bill with a staggering, saturated amount of our favourite Beat Gen trio: Citra, Mosaic, and Nelson Sauvin. We used the largest amount of T90 equivalent hops in the whirlpool we have ever done, combined with a massive 30 g\/l dry hop.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eExpect juicy notes of mango, passionfruit, and peach, complemented by hints of resinous pine and a solid dankness.
