Brewed in August 2021, this batch was split into 2 barrels, of which one was blended into a previous year of Hedgerow Blend. The remaining barrel was aged for just under 3 years in barrel and rested on 8kg of fresh Suffolk redcurrants from a local farm just a few miles from the brewery. The fruit imparts a lovely blush red with a sharp, cidery finish working with the light spice from the rye malt.
