Brewed in collaboration with Party Cannon. This blended golden sour beer was fermented with ultra-tropical Brettanomyces House cultures, and conditioned 200G/L of mango and passionfruit puree for one month.
Brewed with locally grown malted barley, wheat and oats this super juicy base beer provided flavours of mango, passionfruit and tinned pineapple which further intensified with the fruit additions, altogether producing a platter of perverse tropical flavours.
