Blended from two batches of golden sour beer aged on 400kg of local Scottish blueberries, in addition to 10kg of Nigerian hibiscus and 4kg of Tanzanian vanilla.

Brewed with golden promise pale malt, wheat, and locally grown oats, the beer was fermented for three months with Brettanomyces and soured using our house culture. The result is a balance of sweetness and acidity, offering notes of blueberry cobbler, berry leaf tea, vanilla, parma violets, and ripe stone fruit.
